Meet Maitreyi
Hello! I'm Maitreyi. Let me introduce myself a little.
I am a therapist & healer by profession, and authenticity & alignment seeker in general. I believe these elements co-exist and I walk this path navigating them on the daily.
My purpose is multi-faceted. A major portion of it is to be a catalyst for people so that they can live their lives free of pain. I wish to create healing in a way that invites joy, freedom, safety and peace as one moves through the myriad ups and downs of life. I like to call this 'The And Experience'.
Another part of my purpose is to help people connect to their Highest Selves, their Creative Selves and the Source.

I believe that we are an amalgamation of the
Mind-Body-Spirit triad. These three are intrinsically connected and we cannot leave one out of the conversation when it comes to healing from trauma and manoeuvring life's experiences. For this reason, it is imperative that we use a multi-modal approach to help us move through the chaos that life can bring. ​

![Grief is unpredictable. It doesn't necessarily wait for a good time. It can show up in a grocery store, in a meeting, on a walk, mid-sentence, whenever a grief cue shows up.
When the wave hits and we get sucked up in the memory, in the loss... Orienting to the present could help the wave pass over.
Orient to the surroundings, to your feet, to your breath. Take 10 seconds or a minute or longer if you have the time and space. But in all of this, remember to give yourself grace. Give yourself some ground to stand on as you go through it.
